BILLING PROFILE:

For patients with HBF & GMF insurance your account will be billed directly to the fund, the only exception to this is if your procedure is on the “Restricted List”. Please contact you fund to enquire as to whether your procedure will be fully covered.

For all other funds, where the fund allows a co-payment your account will go directly to the fund, you may then receive an account for the co-payment, which is your responsibility. Where the fund does not allow a co-payment, you will receive an account which will then be your responsibility to claim from your Health fund and Medicare and return to my office together with your GAP payment. Uninsured patients and patients having cosmetic surgery will need to pre-pay for their surgery.
